Update...after having had 2 wheel valves repaired, by a new one, in training, impossible to loosen 2 nuts that were too tight, I had to go back, explain to the security guard🤔, then to the employees😳and then to the manager 😤to get my situation resolved 🔩🔧, impossible with the impact wrench🔫, then attempts with a hand wheel wrench, without result either, especially the employee feared to blow the nut, or massacre the socket, and be it's responsible...🤑 but a 3rd employee, more valiant and motivated, managed to finally loosen them, phew, normal income situation...thanks to the most valiant 💪 Long-time occasional customer, for consumables such as different filters, oil, brake pads, windshield wipers, or maintenance products at a reasonable price compared to specialized brands, I had 2 slow leaks on my tires, defective valves, after a long and obligatory wait, due to the success of the franchise, the technician unscrewed 2 wheels, looked for the leak in the water tank, dismantled the tires to change the valves, to reassemble everything, despite difficulty because the nuts had seized or were too tight , he spent almost an hour there for Zero euros, and with a smile, I was asked for almost 40€ for this same operation elsewhere, and no need to check the pressure every day and connect the compressor or pump from now on. ..🌬️🛞 well done team 👍

Very disappointed. I go on Saturday to have my four tires changed. I take the highway the next day, a Sunday, to drive about fifty kilometers. My tire explodes on the highway. Firstly, it damages my rim Secondly, I use my spare wheel I have been to Place four times. I was told we will call you back, I never heard back.

Ten minutes before hitting the highway for 700km, my son saved my life when he saw a big tear on the side of my front tire. I am at Carter Cash in Castelnau le Lez..bad surprise.. I won 2 new tires, but the great consolation with the smile of welcome, attentiveness and professionalism, more than reasonable price..thank you Christopher, Anthony and Adriano and Quentin, the amazing team, I recommend +++.. The store is great and so are the staff. On the other hand, I went to repair my tire which had a screw in it and after more than an hour of waiting supposedly for a free service. He tells me he can't repair it and he has to change both tires. A free service that becomes paid lolll. I went to a competitor right after he repaired it for me. But what I understood there were a lot of people waiting to change the tires which is more profitable for them and he preferred to send me away. It's too bad. Next time I'll know where to go.

Too bad I can't give zero stars. Purchased jumper cables today. Price displayed above the lot 12e90... Price paid in 17e90... I am doubtful. I'll come back immediately. They refunded my purchase without trying to understand, saying "I'm not going to waste my time arguing over 2 or 3 euros". I ask to go check. No 25mm cable at 12e90. I tell the seller at checkout. Response “you know it’s business, people don’t put back what they took.” my response: "that's not it, you are not putting the right items under the right references. Look under the one at 9.90 there is only 16mm at 12e90" the seller: "it's our department which turns the more after the tires, we cannot be behind all our products, you have to look at the references which are indicated on our labels. if you want take the one at 12e90 in 16mm" me: "sorry I come for cables for diesels in 25mm, I have to take it if I want to be able to start." So no commercial gesture, even though there is clearly deception with the display. They're not ready to see me again. Small downside for the kindness of the person who cashed me the second time and who offered me a booster so as not to need a second car. I apologize to him because I barely answered him.
